This is an opportunity learn the trade and build a career becoming a Structural Assessor with us. This is someone who visits jobsites to investigate, diagnose and recommend solutions for failed foundations, structural retrofitting, soft-story retrofits, URM retrofits, retaining walls, shear walls and other structural repairs. Along with the solutions you will create budgets and bids for work. We handle residential and commercial scopes.

This position has the best commission structure in the industry, and is very highly incentivized to succeed. Our Structural Assessors on average make much more than any Estimator, Superintendent, or Project Manager.

This position is very demanding and requires a very high amount technical construction experience listed in the above scopes. If you do not have this experience, we have a hands-on training program in which you can learn. This is an old-fashioned construction apprenticeship type program. This will require working your way up from your current experience level and polishing off your structural experience to then becoming a Structural Assessor. You could start from minimal construction experience as a Laborer with us, for example, or you could be a Construction Supervisor.

We have HOT leads, our in-house marketing department generates an excess of leads every week and they make all your appointments for you.

Hands-on construction experience is required.
You will be trained in our structural specialties regarding foundations, structural upgrades and retrofitting that we have been delivering for 30 years.

Alpha Structural, Inc is a General Engineering Contractor with in-house Structural Engineers, CAD Drafters, Permit Expeditors and 30 experienced in-house crews to deliver the structural repair solutions.

We are looking for competent, bright and driven individuals with excellent communication and people skills.
MUST BE PHYSICALLY ABLE TO FULLY INSPECT PROPERTIES INCLUDING UNDER-HOUSE CRAWL SPACES.
Must own your own vehicle and have a valid driver's license.
